\nPersonal data processing principles\n<\/h1>

  1. The company BIONAMED s.r.o., ID: 19094825, with registered office
    P\u0159\u00edkop 838\/6, Z\u00e1brdovice, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 133007 (hereinafter also referred to as the \"Administrator\"), as the operator of the website www.bionamed.com<\/a> and therefore the controller of the personal data provided by the customer undertakes to process such personal data in accordance with the law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC.

  2. In particular, the administrator processes the following personal data in the operation of the website: name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address.

  3. Personal data are processed on the basis of the legal basis of the fulfilment of the contractual obligations of the Controller towards customers and on the legal basis of the protection of the legitimate interests of the Controller.

  4. The controller only processes personal data strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes of their processing, i.e. to fulfil its contractual obligations and to defend its legitimate interests, including direct marketing.

  5. Name and surname and address data must be processed for legal reasons in order to properly identify and issue a tax document. Such processing is permitted under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, as it is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject. The telephone number and email address must be processed for the purpose of confirming the order and, where applicable, informing the customer of important facts affecting the contractual relationship or the performance of the contract concluded between the Controller and the customer. Such processing is permitted by Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, as this is necessary for the performance of the contract. These personal data will be processed for the period necessary to ensure the mutual rights and obligations arising from the contract, i.e. always for at least the duration of the contract and for the period for which the Controller is obliged to store these data under generally binding legal regulations. The same applies if the contract is not concluded. Failure to provide any of these data may result in the contract not being concluded.
